Small money, outsized risk

Art and mirror scope lands at the end of the schedule, when the finishes are in and any damage is expensive. The trades who will take it often cannot produce a certificate of insurance, will not sign your subcontract, and cannot be relied on to show up in the window you were given.

Hard installs are the whole point

How it works

1. Send the bid package

Drawings, piece schedule, specification and the required insurance limits.

2. We return a line-item proposal

Crew size, duration and mobilization — plus our documentation up front.

3. We install to your sequence and close out

Walked, signed off, photographs and anchor documentation supplied on request.

Scope we take

Art, framed work and mirrors in guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, clinics and offices
Oversized and heavy pieces, including suspended and ceiling-hung installations
Substrate-specific anchoring — concrete block, poured concrete, plaster, tile, metal stud, glass-faced partitions
ADA-height and grab-bar work anchored into studs wherever possible
Signage, wall-mounted panels and donor walls
Phased installations, occupied buildings, night and weekday after-hours work

Day rates are fixed by crew size, not billed by the hour, so a scope that runs long does not move the number. Mileage is billed at $0.67 per mile outside the greater Orlando area, and a $200 deposit reserves the date. Commercial work is invoiced by our office on agreed terms — your client is never handed an invoice on site. Pieces over roughly 200 pounds or requiring ceiling suspension are engineered and quoted separately.

The questions we get asked most

Can you issue a COI naming the owner and the GC? Yes — send the requirements and we will have it issued before mobilization.
Will you sign our subcontract? Send it across and we will review it; we sign standard subcontracts regularly.
What happens when the schedule moves? It always does — tell us the new window and we re-sequence around the trades ahead of us.
Who is responsible if a wall is damaged? We are — documented and resolved before we demobilize.
Can you quote from the bid package alone? Yes, when the pertinent information is there — drawings or a piece schedule with sizes and weights, wall types, required insurance limits, site address and the window. You get a line-item number back, not a range.
