Residential trade work is billed at $85 per installer per hour, with a two-hour minimum.
Day rates are fixed by crew size, not billed by the hour, so a scope that runs long does not move the number. Mileage is billed at $0.67 per mile outside the greater Orlando area, and a $200 deposit reserves the date. Commercial work is invoiced by our office on agreed terms — your client is never handed an invoice on site.
