Your install day shouldn’t be stressful. Firehawk is the art and mirror installation partner for designers with projects in Florida — we work from your elevations, we handle the heavy and the awkward wall-mounting, and we leave the site photograph-ready.
You have spent months on a project, and the last four hours decide how it photographs. Handymen hang things imprecisely and call it “close enough.” Crews show up without a certificate of insurance, and the building turns them away at the loading dock. The installers you hired can’t turn your vision into reality — and the client is the one who notices.
We already speak your language: elevations, centerlines, FF&E schedules, site access, punch lists. More than 2,700 installations across hotels, clinics, clubhouses, offices, restaurants and private estates in 10+ years, 8,500+ pieces of museum-grade hardware, and a 5.0 rating across 101 Google reviews. Certificates of insurance — general liability, commercial auto and workers’ compensation — go to the proper parties before we arrive, not on the morning of the install.
Most of what designers and contractors call us for is the piece nobody else will touch — too heavy, too high, or too expensive to get wrong.

Elevations, a piece list with weights, the hardware required, and the site address. We come back with crew size, hours and a firm number — then we clear the building ourselves: COIs, loading dock and elevator reservations, after-hours access if the space is occupied.
Laid out, leveled, measured to the quarter inch, walked with you at the end, photographs taken if you don’t want to be at the job site.
Packing gone, walls clean, every piece where your drawings said it would be. The reveal happens on your schedule, the photographer gets a finished room, and the only thing your client notices is the design — which is exactly how it should be.
| Engagement | 2 installers | 3 | 4 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Half day (up to 4 hours) | $600 | $900 | $1,200 |
| Full day (up to 8 hours) | $1,100 | $1,650 | $2,200 |
| Residential, hourly (trade) | On request |
Day rates are fixed by crew size, not billed by the hour, so a scope that runs long does not move the number. Mileage is billed at $0.67 per mile outside the greater Orlando area, and a $200 deposit reserves the date. Commercial work is invoiced by our office on agreed terms — your client is never handed an invoice on site.
The wrong install crew costs you more than a patched wall: a reveal pushed a week, a piece hung two inches off center in every photograph, and a client who quietly decides the problem was you. Firehawk is the crew designers across Florida already trust with the heavy, the high and the irreplaceable — 2,700+ installations, insured, documented, and finished to your drawings. Send us your next install date and let your work be the only thing anyone notices.
