Our installers are fully insured and background-checked, and we choose mounting hardware one step stronger than the job requires — so a 250-pound arched mirror is held by an anchor rated well past its weight, into the stud or the substrate, never into drywall and hope.
1. Tell us what you have. A few photos, rough sizes, and the rooms. We give you crew size, the hours to expect and a clear number — no on-site surprises.
2. We lay it out with you. We walk the rooms with you first: spacing, heights, what goes where. We hold each piece up against the wall so you can see exactly how it looks before a single hole gets drilled. If you are not sure, we will tell you what we would do — gallery walls, over-furniture placement, and a 58–62 in. centerline so everything reads at eye level.
3. You finally love your home. Every piece level and secure, floors and furniture protected while we work, packing hauled out, walls wiped down. You come home to finished rooms, not a project.

We price by crew size: $195 per hour for two installers, $265 per hour for three and $315 per hour for four, with a two-hour minimum. Museum-grade hardware and travel within the Orlando area are included, and a $200 deposit books the date.
A realistic benchmark for a two-installer crew in a typical Central Florida home is 8 to 14 standard framed pieces per hour. Expect fewer if each item has to be measured into a symmetrical layout, and more on a straightforward hallway run. A single 250-pound arched mirror can take most of an hour by itself.
Every project is different, and the time it takes to complete an installation depends on factors like the number of items involved, how much each item weighs, how high above the floor each item will be mounted, and what the walls are made of, to name a few. Four things: weight, since anything over 100 pounds needs engineered anchoring rather than a standard hook; height, since items above 10 feet need taller equipment and usually a third person; wall construction, because plaster, concrete block, tile and stone are slower than drywall; and layout decisions, since designing an arrangement on site takes longer than hanging to a plan you already have.
Designers, art consultants and property teams are priced by the day: $300 per installer for a half day and $550 per installer for a full day, with crews of two to four installers. Projects outside our local radius add $0.67 per mile, and a $200 deposit books the date. Certificates of insurance, a W-9 and standard trade documentation are available on request.
