Dr. Phillips grew out of the citrus groves of Philip Phillips, and today it is one of the most established neighborhoods in southwest Orlando. Homes sit around Big Sand Lake and the smaller lakes nearby, gated golf communities like Bay Hill sit next to quiet cul-de-sacs, and Restaurant Row runs along Sand Lake Road. Much of the housing here is a few decades old, and a lot of it is being renovated or refreshed.

When the paint is dry and the furniture is in, Firehawk Art Installers hangs the art, mirrors and gallery walls that finish the room. We bring more than 10 years of experience and 2,700+ installations, and we hold a 5.0 rating across 100+ Google reviews.

After the renovation, before the party

Renovations tend to end with a deadline: family in town, a dinner, a listing photo shoot. The art is usually the last thing done, and it is the part guests notice first. We schedule around your date, protect your new floors and finishes while we work, and leave with every piece level, secure and exactly where you approved it. We haul out the packing when we leave.

What we install in Dr. Phillips

We work to a 58 to 62 inch centerline so art sits at eye level, then fine-tune for furniture, ceiling height and the view from the next room. Before we drill, we hold each piece in place so you can see it first.

Straightforward pricing

Every booking has a two-hour minimum, and a $200 deposit holds your date. Museum-grade hardware and travel within the greater Orlando area are included. Pieces over 100 pounds, anything hung higher than ten feet, or walls that need special hardware get a custom quote before we arrive.

Is a designer handling your remodel? Our designer and trade page covers how we work with the trade. General contractors and builders can start at our contractor page.

Frequently asked questions

Can you rehang our art after a renovation?

Yes. We can hang pieces in their old spots or suggest a new layout that suits the updated room. If old holes are showing, let us know when you book so we can plan around them.

Our home has high ceilings. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Pieces hung up to ten feet from the floor are standard. Anything higher needs taller equipment and usually a third installer, so we quote it in advance.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Have the pieces in the rooms where they are going, clear a path to the walls, and tell us about anything over 100 pounds when you book. We bring the hardware, tools and drop cloths.

Can you work around our schedule?

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with evenings and Sundays by arrangement. Tell us your deadline when you book and we will do our best to fit it.
